Our vintages are the result of a rigorous selection process and meticulous work in the cellar. From the freshness of our classic brut to the complexity of our vintages, each bottle tells a story—a story of passion passed down from generation to generation.

Since its founding in 1910, Maison Emile Hamm has established itself as one of the historic brands of Aÿ. Over the generations, the men and women of the Maison have passed down their unique expertise, perfecting the finest techniques to craft champagnes of unparalleled quality. Working in complete independence, the Maison ensures total freedom in the creation of its wines, crafted from blends carefully composed of grapes from the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne, and the Côte des Blancs.
